The home itself is very well-furnished and equipped with all the necessities. **BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- Month-to-month rentals, if available, are offered from 20 May 2025 until 31 October 2025, with a maximum rental period of 3 months (no exceptions).
- Rentals from 01 November to 15 May are not available.
- All rental and amenity fees must be paid for the booked period in advance.
- No pets are allowed.
- These are self-catering accommodations; housekeeping services the unit every Friday.
- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking; no additional linen or towels are supplied.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- Guests must log in with their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- The garage can accommodate a small vehicle only, and visitor parking available for bigger vehicles.
